Ingredients
- 75g golden syrup
- 100g unsalted butter, diced
- 175g milk chocolate, roughly chopped
- 125g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 225g oat biscuits (digestives), crushed
- 100g malted milk balls (Maltesers)
- 100g raisins
Instructions
- Line base and sides of cake tin with baking paper.
- Simmer some water and place a heat-proof bowl over top. Add the syrup, butter, and chocolates and stir until the ingredients are almost melted. Remove from heat and stir until smooth. Cool for 5 minutes
- Add the crushed biscuits, malted milk balls and raisins in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl and combine well.
- Scoop the mixture into the tin and spread level using the back of a spoon.
- Chill for one hour or until firm, and then cut portions to serve.
