We run free drop-in sessions at community spaces and food banks in London, South Gloucestershire, Gloucestershire and Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset where you can get friendly, in-person help with money, bills and everyday costs.

Money Guidance over the phone
If you need more in-depth support or money coaching, we also offer one-to-one help over the phone. This is available in the areas where we run drop-ins. If you are a tenant of L&Q or Stonewater, you can access this support through our virtual support hub, wherever you live.

Support through your landlord
Stonewater tenants can contact us if they are worried about their finances. We offer support to Stonewater customers through various pathways, including money guidance, employability support, debt advice, and help with accessing benefits. If you’re a Stonewater customer, you can refer yourself or another customer (with their consent) using our referral link below. We’ll get in touch within 2 working days to discuss how we can assist you.

L&Q tenants can contact us if they are worried about their finances. If you already owe over three months’ rent you should contact your landlord directly but if not, contact us. We can help if money worries are causing you to feel anxious or depressed, skip meals or turn off the heating even when it’s cold.
