Welcome to the new email service from Quids in! magazine.

Quids in! is the free money management magazine that seen by hundreds of thousands of readers across the UK. It’s not your regular mag although it looks like lots you’ll have seen before. There are no publishers making money. Our goal is to help readers stretch their money further. And that’s all.

Now we’re online, the Quids In Readers Club will be doing more of the same but coming to you more often than our paper-based sister magazine. We’ll bring you deals and offers like other money emails but as we’re about boosting your bank balance, not flogging stuff you don’t want or need, we’ll be mixing it up with tips, news and advice to help you make the best choices for you and your family.

In this first edition, we take a brief look at home contents insurance. It’s often the last thing we think about… until it’s too late, that is. Disaster can strike anyone and for those on more limited incomes the results can be devastating. Of course, it helps to know how to find the best value for money but let us start to walk you through the process. Think you got it covered? If you simply renew each year without shopping round, you don’t. Read on.

Many Quids in! readers are overlooked by mainstream money advice. We don’t forget that for millions on benefits, whether working or not, times have got a lot tougher recently. It’s all change over the next few years for workers claiming Child or Working Tax Credits, for working age people receiving help to cover rent and, of course, for unemployed people. We’ll keep you up-to-date and direct you to help should you need it.

So, yes, the  Quids In Readers Club will send alerts on the best deals and the latest offers but we’ll try to guide you through the decision-making process to ensure you’re certain they’re right for you.
