At Clean Slate, we’re here to help people to become better off. If you’re struggling with money, we can support you to find ways to manage it better, find a job or a better job, and get online if you’re not already.
Through our Quids in! initiative, we offer easy-to-understand tools like a magazine, useful guides, tips sent straight to your email, and fun online activities like our Future-Proof Finance Quiz to help you take control of your money and feel more confident about your future.
Our Agreement
To make sure we can give you the best support possible, and for you to get the most out of it, it’s important that we stay in touch regularly. We’ll be having scheduled weekly appointments, but might also be in touch to share information via email and text message in between.
So, before we begin, we’d like to explain how things will work:
- If we try to contact you but don’t hear back after three attempts, we’ll assume you no longer need our help. You can always get back in touch with us later.
- If you miss three appointments in a row without letting us know, we’ll also assume you no longer need our help. You can always get back in touch with us later.
- If you’re unwell or unable to meet for more than two weeks, we’ll pause your support. Once you’re ready to get back in touch, and if the project is still running, we can resume the service and pick up where we left off.
- If you frequently cancel or reschedule, even with notice, we may need to have a conversation about:
- Reducing your total number of appointments
- Pausing the programme until your situation changes and you’re able to engage more regularly.
- Whether this service is the right fit for you, and if not which other services might be a better fit for you right now.
- We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for any disrespectful or abusive behaviour towards our staff, and if this happens, we will need to stop our support.
- We ask that you refrain from sharing personal religious, societal, or political views during our interactions. This helps us maintain a neutral and supportive environment for everyone.
