Please note: Those over State Pension Credit age will not be affected, including where one member of a couple is over. The bedroom tax calculator does not take into account the affects of other changes to the benefits system such as the Benefit Cap which may also affect the amount of Housing Benefit you get. If another adult is living in your house, you will still be counted as having a spare bedroom for the purposes of calculating your Housing Benefit.
