There is more to life than money but it can feel like what we can do is limited by how much we have available to spend. Every two years, Quids in! surveys its readers and each time it finds that many people’s whole lives have been affected by money worries.

Readers told us their health had been impacted. They said it was harder to work and even to keep food on the table. And they said they felt left in the dark. They also told us how important it is to know that it isn’t just happening to them, and how much they valued the advice from Quids in!. This made us realise there should also be more to our guides, our email service, and our website, than plain money advice.

This ‘Lifestyle’ section of the website, then, looks at ways to improve our quality of life while on a limited budget. What are the habits we could nurture to make a little cash go a lot further? And how can we reduce the impact of money worries on our health, our work and our lives?
